Metheringham Village Centre

The current cross is only 60 years old and what is left of the old market cross stands against the wall near the library.

As part of a scheme to improve the Village centre it has been suggested that we remove the cross and improve the road layout.

Some people have expressed the view that the Cross is a historical monument and must stay at all cost.

We need your view. Remove it! Keep it! Move it!.
