Minutes PL02/2009 of the Planning Committee Meeting held on Wednesday 10th June 2009 at 7.30pm in the Church Hall
PRESENT: Councillors Mrs J Honisett (Chairman), Mrs R Creasey,
Mrs S Peek and A M Waddington.
1. To resolve to accept Apologies for absence and reasons given:
Apologies were received from Councillors Mrs R Parker and Mrs A Webb. It was resolved to accept the apologies and reasons, this was proposed by Cllr Mrs Honisett seconded by Cllr Mrs Peek and all were in favour.
2. Members Declarations of Interests: Declarations of interest were made by the following Councillors:
Councillors Mrs Honisett, Mrs Creasey, Mrs Peek and Waddington declared a personal interest for agenda item 3 because they live in the village.
3. To Consider Applications Received:
a) N39/0304/09 – Proposal: provision of dropped kerb, footpath crossing and driveway at 29 Station Road, Metheringham. There were no comments or objections
b) N39/0306/09 – Proposal: erection of single storey extension to front of dwelling at 28 Rossington Close, Metheringham. There were no comments or objections
c) N39/0356/09 – Proposal: erection of two storey rear extension at Hallam House, 11 Drury Street, Metheringham. There were no comments or objections.
4. To Note Decisions Received:
N39/0249/09 – planning permission granted
5. Correspondence: None.
6. Date, time and venue of next meeting: The next planning committee meeting will take place on Wednesday 8th July 2009 at 7.30pm in the Church Hall.
The Chairman closed the meeting at 7.43pm.
