Metheringham Parish Council Planning Committee Minutes
Minutes PL04/2009 of the Planning Committee Meeting held on Wednesday 12th August 2009 at 7.30pm in the Church Hall
PRESENT: Councillors Mrs J Honisett (Chairman), Mrs R Creasey, Mrs R Parker, A Waddington and Mrs A Webb.
1. To resolve to accept Apologies for absence and reasons given: Apologies were received from Councillor Mrs S Peek. It was resolved to accept the apologies and reasons, this was proposed by Cllr Mrs Honisett, seconded by Cllr Waddington and all were in favour.
2. Members Declarations of Interests: Declarations of interest were made by the following Councillors:
Councillor Mrs Creasey declared a personal interest for agenda item 3a) as she is a near neighbour; Councillor Mrs Parker declared a prejudicial interest for agenda item 3a) as she employs the applicant; Councillors Mrs Honisett and Waddington declared personal interests for agenda items 3a) and 3b) because they live in the village.
3. To Consider Applications Received:
a) N39/0498/09 – Proposal: erection of detached bungalow at 16
Lincoln Road, Metheringham. Whilst there were no objections, the following comments were made: that there is concern that,
according to the plans, there appears to be only one outside door to the property; and that the alignment of the plans is incorrect, according to the site plan - the direction of north as indicated is wrong and is, in fact, west.
b) N39/0504/09 - Proposal: erection of single storey extension at 1 Princes Street, Metheringham. There were no comments or objections."

6. Date, time and venue of next meeting: The next planning committee meeting will take place on Wednesday 9th September 2009 at 7.30pm in the Church Hall.
