Metheringham Parish Council Planning Committee Minutes
Minutes PL05/2009 of the Planning Committee Meeting held on Wednesday 9th September 2009 at 7.30pm in the Church Hall
PRESENT: Councillors Mrs J Honisett (Chairman), Mrs S Peek, A Waddington and Mrs A Webb.
1. To resolve to accept Apologies for absence and reasons given:
Apologies were received from Councillors Mrs R Creasey and Mrs R Parker. It was resolved to accept the apologies and reasons, this was proposed by Councillor Waddington, seconded by Councillor Mrs Webb, and all were in favour.
2. Members Declarations of Interests: Declarations of interest were made by the following Councillors:
Councillors Mrs Honisett and Waddington declared personal interests for both agenda items because they live in the village.
3. To Consider Applications Received:
a) N39/060/09 – Proposal: erection of dwelling and erection of triple garage comprising a double garage to plot 3 and single garage to plot 2 (Reserved matter application revision to application N/39/0111/09 at 69 Lincoln Road, Metheringham. There were no comments or objections to this proposal.
b) N39/0626/09 – Proposal: retention of burger van, storage container and portacabin at Fen Lake Fisheries, Metheringham Fen Lane, Metheringham. The following comment was made: Metheringham Parish Council has no objection to the proposal, but makes the comment that it would like to see permanent buildings on this site, rather than the temporary ones currently being used. We would also like to make the comment that under item 3 “Description of the Proposal” on the application form no dates have been inserted, although ‘Yes’ was the answer to both questions.

6. Date, time and venue of next meeting: The next planning committee meeting will take place on Wednesday 14th October 2009 at 7.30pm in the Church Hall.
