Minutes PL08/2010 of the Planning Committee Meeting held on Wednesday 10th March 2010 at 7.30pm in the Church Hall
PRESENT: Councillors Mrs.J.Honisett (Chairman), Dr.M.Allen, Mrs.R. Creasey, Mrs.S.Peek, A.Waddington and Mrs.A.Webb.
1. To resolve to accept Apologies for absence and reasons given:
None (Mrs.R.Parker was not present)
2. Members Declarations of Interests: Declarations of interest were made by the following Councillors:
Councillors Dr.Allen, Mrs. Honisett and A.Waddington declared personal interests for all agenda items because they live in the parish.
3. To Consider Applications Received:
a) 10/0178/HOUS – Proposal: erection of conservatory to rear of 11 The Fen, Metheringham Fen, Metheringham. There were no comments or objections.
b) 10/0180/HOUS – Proposal: extension & conversion of toilet at the Manor House, Manor Lane, Metheringham. There were no comments or objections.
4. To Note Decisions Received:
None
5. Correspondence:
a) From North Kesteven District Council ref: Nocton Dairy Farm proposal, ref: 09/1040/FUL concerning amended details relating to this application.
6. Date, time and venue of next meeting:
The next planning committee meeting will take place on Wednesday 13th April 2010 at 7.30pm in the Church Hall.
