Minutes PL11/2010 of the Special Planning Committee Meeting held on Wednesday 28th April at 7.30pm in the Church Hall
PRESENT: Councillors Mrs J Honisett (Chairman), Mrs R Creasey, Mrs S Peek, A Waddington and Mrs A Webb.
1. To resolve to accept Apologies for absence and reasons given:
Apologies were received from Councillors Dr Allen and Mrs Parker, and it was resolved to accept the apologies and reasons, with all in favour.
2. Members Declarations of Interests: Declarations of interest were made by the following Councillors:
Councillors Mrs Creasey, Mrs Honisett and A Waddington declared personal interests because they live in the parish.
3. To Consider Application Received:
a) 10/0327/FUL – proposal: alterations to entrance of village hall including new steps, paved area and new doors at Metheringham Village Hall, Fen Road, Metheringham. There were no comments or objections.

The next planning committee meeting will take place on Wednesday 12th May 2010 at 7.30pm in the Church Hall.
The Chairman closed the meeting at 7.32pm
