Minutes PL01/2010 of the Planning Committee Meeting held on Wednesday 9th June 2010 at 7.30pm in the Church Hall
PRESENT: Councillors Mrs R Creasey, Mrs S Peek, A Waddington and Mrs A Webb (acting Chairman).
1. To resolve to accept Apologies for absence and reasons given: Apologies were received from Councillors Mrs Honisett and Dr M Allen. It was resolved to accept the apologies and reasons, with all in favour.
2. Members Declarations of Interests: Declarations of interest were made by the following Councillors: Councillor A Waddington declared a personal interest for all agenda items because he lives in the parish.
3. To Consider Applications Received:
a) 10/0618/HOUS – proposal: erection of first floor extension over existing utility room and study at 55 Sleaford Road, Metheringham. There were no comments or objections.
b) 10/0521/FUL – proposal: erection of detached dwelling at Former Telephone Exchange, Prince’s Street, Metheringham. There were no comments or objections.
c) 10/0672/HOUS – proposal: demolish existing conservatory and erection of single storey front/side extension at 65 Lincoln Road, Metheringham. There were no comments or objections.
4. To Note Decisions Received:
a) 10/0222/CAC – demolition of derelict outbuildings at 6 High Street, Metheringham. Conservation area consent granted.
b) 10/0304/HOUS – erection of proposed orangery at 5 Cherry Tree Way, Metheringham. Planning permission granted.
c) 10/0329/HOUS – erection of two storey side extension at 1 Townsend Way, Metheringham. Planning permission granted.
5. Correspondence:
a) Notification of withdrawal of application reference: 09/1040/FUL
