Minutes PL05/2010 of the Planning Committee Meeting held on Thursday 9th December 2010 at 7.30pm in the Church Hall
PRESENT: Councillors Mrs J Honisett (Chairman), Dr M Allen, P Ford and Mrs S Peek
1. To resolve to accept Apologies for Absence and reasons given:
Apologies were received from Councillors Mrs R Creasey and Mrs A Webb. It was agreed to accept the reasons. Councillor A Waddington was absent.
2. Members Declarations of Interests: Declaration of interests were made by the following Councillors:
Councillors Mrs Honisett and P Ford declared a personal interest for all agenda items because they live in the parish.
3. To Consider Applications Received:
a) 10/1363/HOUS – proposal: single storey rear extension at 10 Lincoln Road, Metheringham. There were no comments or objections.
b) 10/1394/FUL – proposal: installation of 3.96 KW photovoltaic panels on roof of Metheringham Fire Station, Fen Road, Metheringham. There were no comments or objections.
4. To Note Decisions Received:
a) 10/1221/FUL – erection of a single 3 bedroom detached dwelling and detached garage adjacent to 9 Station Road, Metheringham. Planning application approved.
5. Correspondence:
a) Notification of receipt of amended plans/additional information in respect of Planning Application 10/1257/FUL – received too late to make comments.
b) Notification of receipt of further amended plans/additional information in respect of Planning Application 10/1257/FUL. There were no comments or objections.
c) Notification of Street Numbering: Holly House, Tanvats, Metheringham Fen
