At
the public meetings that were held in Metheringham Village Hall earlier this
year, there were two key things that people wanted. These were a regular
Newsletter that lets everybody know what is going on, and careful consideration
of a strategy for the development and improvement of sports and leisure
facilities in the area.
Well, this is the first full Newsletter and we are now turning our attention to
the matter of a strategy. We won't pretend that it is going to be easy. But we
do believe that it will be worthwhile.
Once again - and we can't stress this too much - the success or otherwise of
this work depends on the whole community having an input. Your first opportunity
to share your ideas with us will be at the Metheringham Feast.
