Metheringham Amateur Dramatics Summer Play
See How They Run!
By
Philip King
By kind permission of Samuel French
After the success of ‘A Midsummer Nights Dream’ last summer, the group are really doing something different.
This 1940’s farce is a high paced comedy of mistaken identity. Set in a Middle England vicarage, this is a tale of 2 vicars, a Bishop, a risqué vicar’s wife, a visiting soldier, an escaped POW, a staid parishioner and last, but not least, Ida, the maid of the house.
Directed by Sally Wilson, this play will be performed in Metheringham Village Hall over 2 weekends.
6 & 7 July / 13 & 14 July
Tickets will be available from Info links in the high street and Metheringham Hair Saloon in Caroline Road.
For more information please contact Fran Pembery on 01526 320827.
We suggest you book early to avoid disappointment.
All new members are welcome and if you would like to join us either on stage or production side we would be delighted to see you.
Future productions in the pipe line are: 2 one act plays in November, our annual pantomime in January and another open air production in Blankney Stables next summer.
