Metheringham Senior Citizens

Our outing to Brigg Garden Centre on Tuesday 16 October was very enjoyable. Most of us had lunch there soon after our arrival. 52 of us sat at two long tables. We were really looked after well by the waitresses and staff. Many of you have asked for a repeat next year, especially "lunch" together, which turned out to be quite a little party.

The afternoon was then spent shopping.

Thursday 29 November we will have had our Christmas Stall so hopefully that will be enjoyable.

Then on Thursday 13 Dec. it is our free mince pie and coffee day. Also we have been kindly invited by the Village Hall on Thursday 20 Dec for Coffee and Mince Pies again. The Metheringham Pre-School group will provide entertainment for us with their Christmas Play. Please be seated by 10.00 am

It just remains for me to wish everyone a very Happy Christmas and a Healthy New Year.

Pam Woolley (Secretary)
