I hereby give notice that the Annual General Meeting of Metheringham Football Club will be held in the Star and Garter Hotel (lounge) on Monday 7th July 2008 at 7.30 p.m.

Members must advise the Honorary Secretary (in writing) of any business to be moved at the Annual General Meeting at least (28) days before the meeting.

The Honorary Secretary shall give notice of the agenda for the meeting to the Members not less than 21 days before the meeting.
