All local government electors for the parishes of Scopwick and Kirkby Green are invited to attend and participate in this meeting.

1. To read, approve and sign the notes of the previous Annual Parish Meeting held on Tuesday 15th May 2007.

2. To receive the Chairman's Report on Parish Council activities over the past year.

3. To receive a report of Parish Council finances from the Clerk to the Council.

4. To receive a report from County and District Councillors

5. To receive a report from Committees

6. Guest speaker, Mr David Webb, Sustainability Officer of North Kesteven District Council to speak on energy conservation, green issues etc. Following the talk there will be the opportunity to ask Mr Webb questions.
