ExtremeNK's Summer Holiday Activities 2008
ExtremeNK is holding a variety of exciting activities for young people aged 9-19 for over the summer holidays. Activities include climbing, quad biking, parkour and much much more.
Parkour workshops
Parkour is where you move from one point to another in the most direct route possible, however there may be obstacles that are in your way. You will learn how to go over, under, through and around objects in the most safe and efficient way over the two days. For more details about Parkour workshops please contact ExtremeNK.
BMX taster days
With BMX biking being in the Olympics this year, ExtremeNK gives you the ideal opportunity to try your hand at BMX biking. The taster days will teach you how to ride a BMX bike and also try your hand at a few different skills. For more details please contact ExtremeNK.
Activate Extreme
We have two activity days over the summer with a climbing wall, parkour, and skateboarding/BMX biking! Come and try these activities for £10 at the:
North Kesteven Centre on the 11th August:
Age: 9-12 year olds- 9am -12am.
Age: 12-19 year olds- 12.30pm-3.30pm.
Northgate Sports Hall on the 27th August:
Age: 9-12 year olds- 9am-12am.
Age: 12-19 year olds- 12.30pm-3.30pm.
Adventures Are Us Ltd -18th August
A fun activity day outdoors in Derbyshire. Activities consist of climbing, abseiling, rock weaselling and gorge walking. £34
Lockwell Hill Activity Centre Trip - 20th August
ExtremeNK has organised a thrill seeking day at The Lockwell Hill Activity Centre near Mansfield where you could try Quad biking, Mud buggies, Archery, Rifle shooting and team activities. There is transport available and the pick up points are Sleaford and North Hykeham. The activities will run from 10am-3pm and transport is available, all for £35.
Activities Away Activity Days
Activities outdoors for all adventure seekers located in South Hykeham, Lincoln! The activities will include kayaking/ canoeing, water trampolines and archery. For more information and dates contact ExtremeNK for more details.

All activities need to be pre-booked to guarantee places and are on a first come first served basis. ExtremeNK reserve the right to refuse admission when the places have been filled.
