To All Councillors - You are summoned to attend Scopwick Parish Council Meeting which will be held on Tuesday 25th November 2008 commencing at 7.15pm in the Village Hall, Scopwick. There will be a 15 minute public forum between 7.00pm and 7.15pm when members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Council, and your attendance is also requested during this period.

5. Notes of Parish Council Meeting dated 30th September 2008 to be approved and signed as the minutes

7. Finance:
a) To resolve to approve accounts and cheques for payment
b) To resolve to approve the Asset Register dated 25th November 2008
c) Property Insurance - to consider insuring items of property not currently covered
8. Metheringham Cluster Group:
a) To receive a report from Cllr. Flett
b) To resolve to agree location for SID
9. NKDC:
a) Grass cutting in Scopwick churchyard
b) Annual programme of footway lighting improvements
10. Correspondence:
a) LCC Parish Paths Partnership - Request for feedback on success of P3 Scheme
b) BT's proposal to re-align payphone provision - to resolve to provide further evidence to support retention of kiosk at Kirkby Green
11. Beck Project:
a) To receive a report from Cllr. Nelson
b) To resolve to inform Allianz Cornhill of completion of project
12. Willow on Village Green - proposal to pollard the large Weeping Willow to improve road safety and prevent smothering of neighbouring trees
13. Highways Issues:
a) To receive a report following site meeting on Bloxholm Lane
b) To receive a report following site meeting on Brookside
c) To receive an update on condition of Trundle Lane
14. Freedom of Information Act - to resolve to adopt and maintain a Publication Scheme in line with Section 20 of the Act
15. Planning applications:
a) Notify Members of decisions on current applications
16. Playing Field:
a) Weekly inspection - to receive a report
17. Village Hall:
a) Carol concert on 22nd December - to finalise details
b) Funding for hall improvements
c) To elect a trustee to sit on the Management Committee (if applicable)
d) To advise receipt of Minutes and Financial Accounts for this financial year
18. Scopwick Notice Board - to consider repair/replacement of the notice board
19. Sustainable Villages - to consider the way forward
20. Village Signs - to consider this issue
21. Grass Cutting:
a) To resolve to tender for next season's grass cutting
b) To make any additions/alterations to current schedule/plan
22. To resolve to set dates for:
a) Remaining council meetings to the financial year end
b) Annual Finance Meeting
23. To resolve whether to move into closed session. Should this resolution be moved, press and public will be requested to leave at this point.
24. To receive quotations for tree work on village green - to resolve to accept the most suitable.
