Heighington Blind & Partially Sighted Club - Spring 2009 Update

The club re-opened for 2009 on 7 January when members were put through their paces with a games and quiz afternoon. Then on 21 January we were given advice by Gareth and Carol, the new local Police Community Support Officers on the advantages of using Smart water to mark valuables around the home. They also told members how to prevent "Cold Callers" getting into their home, and listed the most common scams to enter properties.
