Heighington & District Blind Club Update Spring 2010

On 20 January the club had its first meeting of the year after the previous one had been called off cue to inclement weather. Members enjoyed an afternoon of quizzes, beetle drive and music.

On 3 February members were put to the test when Dennis Wass brought along items from yesteryear which members had to identify. It was an excellent afternoon and you could just about see and smell the smoke as brains went into overdrive. Unfortunately, only half the items were correctly identified.

On 17th February Liz Cameron gave a talk and demonstrated yoga postures. Members joined in and had a thoroughly enjoyable relaxing afternoon.
