Metheringham & Dunston Bowls Club Update Spring 2010

It seems a long "cold" time since my last report, but in a few weeks hopefully it will be fine and sunny, ready for the opening of a new bowling season.

28 April Cliff League 6.30 away
29 April Afternoon League - 2.00 Home
30 April CEBA Fours League - 6.30 Home

So, weather permitting the Green will be open for Roll-ups on Thursday 22 April, with the official Opening Day on Sunday 25 April at 2.00 pm.

If you would like to try your hand at the game of Bowls, you will all be welcome on that day.

We will be holding a Coffee Morning on 24 April at the Clubhouse at 10.00 am - Raffle prizes and a few cakes would be much appreciated.

If you have a day or two to spare before the Coffee morning to help with a spot of Spring cleaning in the Clubhouse and the surrounding area please give me a call on 321967.
