Metheringham Senior Citizens Update Spring 2010

Unfortunately one of our Committee Members, Mrs Joyce Borley has moved away to be closer to her family. She will be sadly missed.

On 15 December we attended the Methodist Church Carol Service which was a nice start to the festive season.

Two days later we enjoyed a pleasant morning in the village hall as guests of their committee. We were provided with refreshments during which the Metheringham Pre-School entertained us with their Nativity Play.

Our Senior Citizen Party will be by invitation only and will be in the village hall on Saturday 17 April at 3.30 pm. Tea will be served at 4.00 pm with entertainment by the Withern Singers.

The first outing of the year will be to Skegness on Tues 15 June at 9.00 am
