Branston and District U3A Update Summer 2010
The recently formed Keep Fit is flourishing. It takes place every Tuesday at the Sports Pavilion, Moor Lane, Branston starting at 9.15am. The cost per session is £2.50 per person and lasts for one hour. The full course of exercises suitable for the over 60s is proving very popular but there are a few places available - if you are interested then contact Dick Newman (Group Convenor) on 01522 794935 to join and enjoy yourself.
One of the popular Open Groups is 'Classic Movies' which has moved its starting time to 10.15am to allow 'Keep Fit' members to attend. That Group meets on 15 June and the film is 'Brighton Rock'.
Most 'Open Groups' meet at the Old Village Hall at Heighington
