The 2nd Annual St Wilfrid's Flower and Produce Show takes place on
Saturday 10th July . Entries for the flower, vegetable, produce, floral
art and children's classes can be taken to the church between 10.00a.m.
and 11.30a.m. on the day, 20p per entry.
The St Wilfrid's Church Fete and viewing of the Flower and Produce
show exhibits takes place between 2.00 - 4.30p.m. The stalls will
include games, raffle, ice creams, music and ferret racing.

Storytime for the under 5s is held at Metheringham Library every
Friday afternoon between 2.15 and 2.45p.m.

The Friends of Metheringham School hold their Summer Fair is on
Saturday 10th July between 12noon and 3.00p.m. at the school. There
will be music from the Silver Sounds Band and entertainment from the
Angels Dance Squad and the Ferret Racing. There will be a hog roast and
cream teas, numerous stalls and competitions and face painting so bring
all the family for an afternoon out.

Metheringham WI meet on Wednesday 21st July at 7.15p.m. in the village
hall when Marion Foers will be speaking about Beatrix Potter.

There will be a coffee morning and cream teas at the Old Post Office
on Saturday 17th July between 10.00a.m. and 12 noon with all proceeds
going to the swimming pool.

MAWS (Metheringham Animal Welfare Supporters group) are holding a
musical evening at Martin Moor Golf Club on 24th July entitled
Ceilidhs and Concerts at 7.30 p.m. Tickets are £5 avaialble from Joyce
