Metheringham Parish Council Planning Meeting Minutes - 13 October 2010

Minutes PL03/2010 of the Planning Committee Meeting held on Wednesday 13th October 2010 at 7.30pm in the Church Hall

PRESENT:
Councillors Mrs J Honisett (Chairman), Dr M Allen, Mrs R Creasey,P Ford, Mrs S Peek and Mrs A Webb.
Mrs Honisett welcomed Councillor Ford to his first Planning Committee Meeting.

1. To resolve to accept Apologies for absence and reasons given:
Apologies were received from Councillor A Waddington. It was resolved to accept the apology and reason, with all in favour.

2. Members Declarations of Interests: Declarations of interest were made by the following Councillors:
Councillors Ford and Mrs Honisett declared a personal interest for all agenda items because they live in the parish.

3. To Consider Applications Received:
a) 10/1121/FUL - proposal: erection of a single 3 bedroom detached dwelling adjacent to 9 Station Road, Metheringham. There were no comments or objections.
b) 10/1179/FUL - proposal: change of use of former pumping station to dwelling (resubmission of 10/0859/FUL) at the Pump House, Sleaford Road, Metheringham. There were no comments or objections.
c) 10/1227/HOUS - proposal: erection of conservatory to rear of 1 Chestnut Close, Metheringham. There were no comments or objections.

4. To Note Decisions Received:
a) 10/0795/FUL - erection of detached chalet bungalow dwelling with integral garage to rear of 12 Dunston Road, Metheringham. Planning permission granted.
b) 10/0637/FUL - erection of 3 light industrial/storage units on land adjacent to Unit 24 the Moorlands, Metheringham. Planning permission granted.

5. Correspondence:
a) Letter (reference 10/1185/PNTEL) from NKDC. No action needed.

Wednesday 10th November 2010 at 7.30pm in the Church Hall.
