ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

I hereby give notice that the Annual General Meeting of Metheringham Football Club will be held in the Londesborough Arms on Monday 27th June 2011 at 7.30 p.m.

Members must advise the Honorary Secretary (in writing) of any business to be moved at the Annual General Meeting at least (21) days before the meeting.

The Honorary Secretary shall give notice of the agenda for the meeting to the Members not less than 14 days before the meeting.
