Metheringham Health Walks
North Kesteven Social Strollers have added a new walk location to their schedule of weekly health walks. Taking place in Metheringham each week, visitors are being invited to come along.
This walk takes place every Friday morning at 11am on, starting from Metheringham Library. A health walk is defined as 'a short, safe, social, local, low level, led walk, often by volunteers' and is open for anyone to take part, just turn up on the day.

The walk is FREE of charge - you will be required to complete a health questionnaire at the beginning of your first walk. Health walks are a great way of meeting new friends and socialising with members of your community. After each walk, tea and coffee will be served at the Library; costing just 50 pence per person.

If you would like any further information, please contact Donna Lill, NK Health and Sports Outreach Officer, on 01522 870252 or email NKHealthandSports@leisureconnection.co.uk.
