Minutes PL01/2011 of the Planning Committee Meeting held on Wednesday 8th June 2011 at 7.15pm in the Pavilion

PRESENT: Councillors N Dobbs (Chairman), P Ford, Mrs J Finegan, Mrs S Peek, P Saffin and Ms S Wetherall (Clerk).

1. To resolve to accept Apologies for Absence and reasons given:
Apologies were received from Councillor Dr M Allen. It was resolved to accept the apologies and reasons.

2. Members Declarations of Interests: Declarations of interest were made by the following Councillor:
Councillor P Ford declared a personal interest for agenda item 3 because he knows the applicant.

3. To Consider Applications Received:
11/0440/HOUS - proposal: Single storey rear extension at 31 Paddock Lane, Metheringham, Lincoln, LN4 3YG. There were no comments or objections to this
application.

4. To Note Decisions Received:
CA39/47: Tree works at Nook House, High Street, Metheringham.

5. Correspondence:
11/0362/FUL: Erection of double garage to be used as a technical testing laboratory and storage of samples at 6 High Street, Metheringham, Lincoln. Receipt of amended/additional details - Grain testing process.

6. Date, time and venue of next meeting: Wednesday 13th July 2011 at 7.30pm at the Pavilion.

The meeting closed at 19.30
