The annual Bike Ride and Stride day takes place on Sunday 10th September 2011. You can help the Lincolnshire Churches Trust by cycling, walking or helping at a venue. How many churches can you visit in the day? Half of the sponsor money raised will go to your local choice of church and the remainder to the trust. It is not long until the Fayre and Feast on 22nd October 2011. Volunteers are needed. If you are over 18, fit and healthy and can give an hour or so of your time to help or steward any time during the day or evening please contact Sharon on 0800 6343307 or e-mail clerk@metheringham.org.uk. If you are getting dressed up and entering your mobility scooter or just yourself in the parade you need to start planning your entry - the theme being Fairy Tales. Prizes will be given for the best costumes as well as the best decorated stall and business premises.
