Received from Lincolnshire County Council - Traffic orders.
TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE: Metheringham
Please note it will be necessary to impose a temporary restriction to all vehicular traffic on the road(s) detailed below. Adequate arrangements will be made to enable pedestrians to access premises in the affected area while works progress.
REASON FOR CLOSURE: Essential maintenance works by Network Rail
LOCATION: Blankney Level Crossing
(Station Road/Moor Lane, O/S Map Ref TF 077 614)
PERIOD OF CLOSURE: 08.30 Hrs to 15.00 Hrs Tuesday 25/10/2011
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: B1188, B1191 (through Scopwick), B1189 & Vice Versa

No one aware of closure until driving to work 7.30 am
This has resulted in 8 mile extra journey approx 8 times today.Who do I contact, to make a claim for fuel and lost earnings?
