1. To resolve to accept Apologies for Absence and reasons given

2. Members Declarations of Interests: Members may make any declarations of interest at this point but may also make them at any point during the meeting in accordance with the 2000 Local Government Act.

3. Reports from representatives on outside bodies:
a) To receive a report from the County Councillor.
b) To receive a report from the District Councillor.
c) To receive reports from Council representatives on other outside bodies.
d) To receive a report from the Parish Dog Warden

4. Notes of the last Full Council Meeting held on Tuesday 27th September 2011, to be approved and signed as the minutes.

5. Clerks report on matters outstanding (circulated with agenda).

6. Financial matters:
a) Bowls Club: To consider a request from the Bowls Club Committee to fund the refurbishment of the bowls club pavilion, to include disabled facilities in the changing rooms and toilets at an approximate cost of £5,000.00, this will be budgeted over a two year period.
b) To consider accounts for payment.
c) To receive a report from the RFO on the PC finances, Income and Expenditure.

7. Planning Committee:
a) Notes of the meeting held on 12th October 2011 to be approved and signed as the minutes (circulated with agenda).

8. Correspondence:
a) To note general correspondence (publications and letters are available for viewing).

9. To receive reports on Outside Meetings:
a) To receive a report from members and the Clerk on the Metheringham
Area Cluster Group meeting held on 6th October 2011.
i) To consider long term maintenance of the Metheringham Area Speed Indicator Device.
ii) To consider proposal from the cluster group to reduce the speed limit of the B1188 to 50mph or below.
b) To receive a report from members on 'Help your community flourish . . .' workshop held on 13th October 2011.
c) To receive a report from members and the Clerk on the Lincolnshire Association of Local Councils (LALC) AGM and conference held on 15th October 2011.

11. Recreation field & related issues: To receive an update following forward planning meeting to progress an action plan.

12. Anti-Social Behaviour: To receive an update following meeting with NKDC, Lincolnshire Police, Residents and Metheringham Parish Council (notes circulated with agenda).

13. Bus Shelter: To receive an update on the current situation.

14. Remembrance Day Service: To report on progress for Remembrance Day Service to be held on 13th November 2011.

15. Date, time and venue of next meeting: Tuesday 29th November 2011 at 7.30pm in the Village Hall.

16. Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960 Exclusion of the Press and the Public: To resolve that in accordance with Section 1(2) of the Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960 and by reason of the confidential nature of the remainder of the business, the Press and the Public be excluded from the Meeting.

17. Code of Conduct: To receive an update relating to ongoing matters.

18. Swimming Pool: To update members on the current situation regarding the management of the pool by MADSPA and consideration of the future of the facility.

19. Shiregate Play Park: To review temporary contract of Play Park Warden.
