106 Squadron Their First Operation - 23 November 2011

At the Metheringham Airfield Visitor Centre - in the old gymnasium - on Wednesday 23rd November 2011 at 7.30pm. Admission: Members free, Non-Members £5.00 including tea/coffee and biscuits.

My husband's 2nd cousin pilot officer Stanley Mountford Wright ( Australian)was the pilot of the 106 Lancaster
ll975 zn-h who lost his life along with four others of the crew June 24/25 1944.

Where they stationed at Metheringham?
