Minutes PL06A/2011 of the Planning Committee Meeting held on Wednesday 9th November 2011 at 7.15pm in the Pavilion

PRESENT: Councillors N Dobbs (Chairman), Dr M Allen, P Ford and P Saffin.

1. To resolve to accept Apologies for Absence and reasons given:
Apologies were received from Councillors J Finegan and S Peek. The reasons given were accepted.

2. Members Declarations of Interests:
Declarations of interest were made by the following Councillors: Councillors N Dobbs and P Ford declared a personal interest for all agenda items as residents in the village.

3. To Consider Applications Received:
a) 11/1182/OUT - proposal: Erection of dwelling (outline with all matters reserved) on land adjacent to 2 Townsend Way, Metheringham, Lincoln, LN4 3GB. There were no comments on this application.

b) 11/1208/HOUS - proposal: Single storey rear extension at Edale, 12 Dunston Road, Metheringham, Lincoln. There were no comments on this application.

c) 11/1209/VARCON - proposal: Application to vary condition 5 - internal layout of existing dwelling - of 10/0795/FUL (Erection of detached chalet bungalow with integral garage to rear of 12 Dunston Road) at Edale, 12 Dunston Road, Metheringham, Lincoln, LN4 3ED. It was considered that this application was outside the remit of the committee, and therefore there were no comments on this application.

d) N25/14 - Application to carry out tree works at 12 Field Farm Lane, Metheringham, Lincoln, LN4 3AF. There were no comments on this application.

e) N269/2 - Application to carry out tree works at 16 Dunston Road, Metheringham, Lincoln, LN4 3ED. There were no comments on this application.
