When the application form is completed, there is a section that is completed to state that the grass areas are cut by either Lincolnshire County Council (LCC) or North Kesteven District Council (NKDC). These areas are not the responsibility of the Parish Council. I have been in regular contact with LCC ragrding the poor state of the verges. The problem has occured due to a new contractor being taken on. I will be contacting our County Councillor again for an update.
