Community Organisations and groups in North Kesteven get your diaries out and make sure you make a note of the following event coming up in the autumn that is being organised by Community Lincs in partnership with VCS NK

There will be two opportunities to attend and both events will operate from 3.00pm- 7.00pm so come along when you can (details on the times of the workshops will follow in later publicity). September 30th: Metheringham Village Hall 2.45pm - 6.45pm
October 1st: Helpringham Village Hall.3.00pm - 7.00pm

What will be on offer? Information Stands covering the services offered by the two organisations e.g. Village Hall and Parish Council Insurance, Village of the Year and Best Kept Village Competition, Recruiting Volunteers, Parish Planning .

Workshops covering:

* Funding
* Recruiting and Managing Volunteers
* How to be environmentally friendly and save/ make your group money!

Demonstrations. An opportunity to' have a go' at New Age Kurling a fun game that can be played by any age in your village hall!

Village Hall Surgery: Governance and Trustees Funding Surgery If you are planning to apply for funding now or in the near future and would benefit from one to one advice on completing that all important application form then book place at one of the venues.You will be allocated a thirty minute appointment.
