This summer Countryside Nk has all sorts of things you can do out in the countryside. From looking at bats to fishing for frogs, North Kesteven's Countryside Promotion Officer, Theresa Hobbs invites you to enjoy the outdoors this summer.

Tunman Wood near Thorpe on the Hill
Join WatchNK Countryside Rangers for a moonlight walk through Tunman Wood in search of bats. Learn how to identify some of our native bats and find out more about their habitat and lifestyles. As this involves walking through woodland in the dark this event is not suitable for children under 14 years. Please remember to bring a torch!
