Prior to the official start of the meeting a public forum of not more than 15 minutes will be held if required. The public may address the council between 7.15pm and 7.30pm on current matters, or issues which may become future agenda items and your attendance is also requested during this period. A Police Report will be given at this time.

Declarations of interest were made by the following Councillors: Councillors Mrs Finegan and Ford declared personal interests in both applications.

LN4 3DX. There were no comments or objections.

APP/R/2520/A/11/2163761/NWF - Notice of planning appeal with reference to 11/0875/FUL by Mrs Michelle Delicata of 54 Shiregate, Metheringham, Lincoln, LN4 3DR. The following objection was made: Members have had no sight of the appeal documents, but it was felt that the objections to the original application (Minutes PL/04/2011 date 27th September 2011) still apply, and so the Parish Council would recommend this appeal is refused on the same grounds.
