Scopwick Parish Council 2009 - 2010
The duties of a Parish Councillor are varied, as the Parish Council is responsible for many aspects of the village i.e. Street Lighting, Footpaths, Street Cleaning, Playing Fields the Annual Village Meeting held in April or May (open to all parishioners).
Parish Council meetings normally take place in the Village Hall every other month, usually the last Tuesday in the month, with the various, smaller sub-committees meeting as and when required. Check the Metheringham Area Events Diary for the dates of the next meeting.
